Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business requirements and processes
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts to business objectives
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Document business cases and ROI analyses for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
