Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Analyze data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and wireframes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or relevant internship experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- US work authorization required
