Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Document requirements, create user stories, and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Agile projects and ensure seamless implementation
- Develop KPI dashboards and present actionable insights to executive leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with Agile methodologies
- Expertise in data modeling, requirements gathering, and process mapping
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects in regulated industries
