The Role
As a Part-Time Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data to drive decision-making, and ensuring our solutions deliver real value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Assist in the development of business cases, requirements specifications, and user stories.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks to the timeline or scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
