- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
