- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for stadium operations and infrastructure readiness across 16 host cities.
- Collaborate with local, state, and federal government bodies to ensure compliance with all 2026 World Cup regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and deployment of thousands of temporary staff and volunteers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate operational and security risks.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with international vendors and partners to synchronize logistics for match days and fan festivals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale events, sports, or hospitality industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets exceeding $50 million.
- Strong understanding of venue operations, crowd control, and safety protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project management software.
- Ability to travel extensively within the United States as required by the project timeline.
