Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for 2026 World Cup infrastructure and venue readiness initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FIFA technical standards and local regulations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with city officials, venue operators, and government agencies to mitigate risks.
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement high-impact solutions.
- Represent the organizing committee at high-level industry conferences and technical working groups.
- Ensure seamless communication protocols between the US hosts and international partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale event operations or infrastructure development.
- PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $10M.
- Excellent command of English with the ability to produce high-level technical documentation.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of FIFA event operations protocols is a major plus.
