Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technology projects for the 2026 World Cup infrastructure.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, and logistics to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee the integration of stadium connectivity systems, data analytics platforms, and fan engagement technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure high-quality service delivery and risk mitigation.
- Develop comprehensive risk management strategies to address potential operational disruptions.
- Present regular progress reports to executive leadership and steering committees.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale infrastructure or event technology.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $5M and coordinating with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong technical aptitude regarding network infrastructure, cloud computing, and large-scale IT deployments.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams under pressure.
- Ability to travel to various venues and project sites as required.
