Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product specialists to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) and maintain Jira/Confluence documentation
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive presentations and status reports
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and team performance metrics
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of delivering complex projects with $500K+ budgets
- Experience mentoring junior project managers and facilitating team development
