Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress using Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Manage risk mitigation and change control processes
- Present executive-level status reports and ROI analysis
- Foster client relationships through proactive communication and expectation management
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ in enterprise IT
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven success managing $1M+ budgets and 50+ person teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with cloud migration and SaaS implementations
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in MS Project and Asana
