Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and marketing departments
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while maintaining waterfall compliance for regulatory projects
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Present executive-level progress reports and stakeholder communications
- Manage $1M+ budgets with rigorous financial controls and forecasting
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success managing remote and hybrid teams
- Expertise in risk management methodologies and contingency planning
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
