Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-level initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to project methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets, risks, and deliverables using industry-standard tools
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- PMP or Scrum Master certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex IT infrastructure projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with budget management exceeding $500k
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
