Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-level software implementations
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Manage stakeholder communications across technical and non-technical teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize JIRA and Microsoft Project for tracking progress and reporting
- Drive continuous process improvements in project delivery methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- Proven expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and certification (PMP/CSM preferred)
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana)
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing budgets over $500K and cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
