Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Oversee resource allocation and optimize operational workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to executive leadership to drive decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project).
- PMP, CAPM, or similar professional certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
