Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and blockers effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product management.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the IT or software development industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
