Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects from initiation to closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, breaking down high-level objectives into actionable tasks.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and adjust resources or timelines to mitigate risks.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain team momentum.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to communicate project health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the software or technology sector.
- Proven experience leading teams in an Agile or Waterfall environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver projects within financial constraints.
