Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure for global technology initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams across development, QA, and operations during night shift hours
- Implement Agile methodologies and track KPIs using Jira and Asana
- Coordinate with international stakeholders for seamless handovers and alignment
- Proactively mitigate risks and resolve escalations during off-peak hours
- Prepare executive dashboards and weekly progress reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP certification
- Proven track record leading night shift or global distributed teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-peak hours
