Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
- Direct cross-functional teams of 8-12 professionals across IT, Operations, and Finance
- Manage P&L responsibilities with budgets ranging $500K-$2M
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies using Jira and Confluence
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and external partners
- Drive continuous process improvements and risk mitigation strategies
- Deliver executive presentations on project status and ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive project management experience in corporate environments
- PMP certification required (Scrum Master preferred)
- Proven track record managing $1M+ budgets with 95% on-time delivery
- Expertise in enterprise software implementations (SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or equivalent experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly valued for regional market expansion
- Experience with ISO 9001 compliance frameworks
