Responsibilities
- Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Implement and enforce Agile/Scrum methodologies to maximize efficiency and product quality.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines effectively.
- Communicate clear progress reports to executive stakeholders and clients.
- Drive continuous process improvements and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the IT or Technology sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
