Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for AI/ML software development initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to ensure timely delivery of complex technical projects
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Manage stakeholder communications including executive leadership, clients, and technical teams
- Drive continuous process improvements and implement industry-standard project management best practices
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and other PM tools
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M and ensure ROI alignment
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/AI/ML environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid approaches
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
