Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including agile methodologies, sprint planning, and risk mitigation
- Stakeholder alignment and executive-level reporting across technical and non-technical teams
- Resource allocation, budget management, and performance tracking for cross-functional teams
- Implementation of JIRA, Confluence, and Asana for workflow optimization
- Vendor management and third-party integration coordination
- Process improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and delivery quality
- Change leadership during organizational transitions and system upgrades
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/software development
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise software projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid project approaches
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience managing distributed teams and remote collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Trello, and data visualization tools
