Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and scope creep effectively.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT or Software industry (5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and resource allocation.
