Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements using stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Develop data models and SQL queries to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with business objectives
- Document system specifications and support QA testing of new features
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
