Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business requirements analysis and translate complex needs into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement data-driven solutions
- Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Lead stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership with clear, compelling narratives
- Develop and document detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform gap analysis between current state and future business objectives
- Validate solution effectiveness through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and requirement elicitation techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for data analysis
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis certification
- Strong experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end business analysis projects in SaaS or fintech sectors
