Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes across multiple departments to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flow diagrams using industry-standard methodologies
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Create and maintain comprehensive data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate cross-functional alignment on project deliverables and timelines
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections to support strategic decision-making
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for existing business processes and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling (BPMN)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects with measurable business impact
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Business Analysis (CBAP/PMP highly valued)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
