Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for cross-functional teams of 8-12 members
- Stakeholder communication across C-suite, vendors, and external partners
- Agile/Scrum methodology implementation with Jira/Confluence proficiency
- Budget oversight ($500K - $2M project ranges) with P&L accountability
- Risk mitigation and compliance adherence (ISO 27001, HIPAA)
- Post-implementation reviews and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years project management experience with SaaS/enterprise projects
- Active PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record in budget management and vendor negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Power BI
- Exceptional problem-solving with data-driven decision-making
- Strong Chicago network preferred
