Role Overview
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the architect of our success. You will own the delivery of complex software solutions, ensuring that every sprint hits the mark and every stakeholder remains aligned. We need a leader who thrives in ambiguity and can drive teams to excellence under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from concept to deployment, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.
- Drive Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline workflows and maximize product velocity.
- Monitor project budgets and financials, mitigating risks proactively before they impact the timeline.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineering leads to define scope and refine deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management within the technology sector (SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record of leading teams of 5+ members in high-growth environments.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field required.
