Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of weekend projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, status reports, and strategic presentations.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure operational excellence and cost-efficiency during peak weekend hours.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions to resolve technical and logistical issues with minimal downtime.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within corporate or operations environments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Mandatory availability to work a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- PMI (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
