Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for weekend deployments across cloud migration and AI integration initiatives
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams (DevOps, Data Science, Security) during weekend sprints and go-live events
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with dual-track weekend planning and execution
- Manage $2M+ project budgets with weekend-specific resource allocation and cost optimization
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for weekend operations with 24/7 escalation protocols
- Drive stakeholder communication through weekend status reports and executive briefings
- Mentor junior PMs through weekend project bootcamps and shadowing programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years leading weekend/shift-based operations
- PMP or CSM certification required with PRINCE2 or Six Sigma preferred
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale IT projects in regulated industries
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana with weekend-specific workflow optimization
- Strong background in cloud migration (AWS/Azure) and DevOps pipelines
- Exceptional crisis management skills for weekend emergency scenarios
- Advanced data analytics proficiency for weekend performance metrics tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
