Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for weekend-based software deployments and system upgrades
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across development, QA, and infrastructure departments
- Execute agile methodologies with bi-weekly sprints and monthly retrospectives
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with quarterly variance analysis
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for weekend-specific operational challenges
- Stakeholder reporting through executive dashboards and client-facing presentations
- Mentor junior PMs through our weekend leadership development program
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in weekend shift environments
- PMP certification or equivalent Agile/Scrum credentials required
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale IT projects within budget constraints
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Asana for weekend workflow optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in weekend capacity planning
- Excellent Spanish/English bilingual communication abilities
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
