Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Drive process improvements and implement PMO best practices
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with software development projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience managing remote and hybrid teams
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries
