Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across executive, client, and technical teams
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standup ceremonies
- Maintain project budgets and approve vendor contracts within financial parameters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development or IT
- Active PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and familiarity with DevOps practices
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams in a hybrid work environment
