Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams (15+ members) across multiple departments
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and government partners
- Implement PMO best practices and process improvements
- Track KPIs and deliverables using Jira and Microsoft Project
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols (NIST, FedRAMP)
Qualifications
- 8+ years project management experience with 3+ in government/tech
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering $1M+ projects
- Expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with financial acumen
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Clearances: Secret level preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
