Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering software development projects within sprint cycles
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets using JIRA and Asana platforms
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Drive process improvements through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for seamless integrations
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and executive dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expert proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in resource allocation forecasting
- Proven ability to manage remote and hybrid teams effectively
- Experience with healthcare or fintech compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
