Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise software initiatives
- Lead Agile/Scrum methodologies with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Stakeholder management across technical, business, and executive teams
- Budget control and resource optimization for 6-figure project portfolios
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Jira/Confluence
- Vendor coordination and third-party integrations management
- Performance metrics tracking and dashboard reporting
- Mentor junior PMs and drive continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience managing enterprise-scale IT projects
- PMP/Agile certifications required
- Proven success with SaaS/cloud migration projects
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in regulated industries (HIPAA/FINRA preferred)
