Responsibilities
- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design and implement complex quantum algorithms integrated with classical machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for near-term quantum devices (NISQ).
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for our quantum AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with 2026 technological milestones and business goals.
- Post-Quantum Cryptography: Develop security protocols and encryption methods resilient to future quantum attacks.
- Hardware Collaboration: Partner directly with quantum hardware engineers to optimize software stacks for specific qubit topologies and noise profiles.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information or Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum software development kits.
- Theoretical Knowledge: Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics principles.
