Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge the gap between theoretical models and physical qubit implementation.
- Analyze and mitigate quantum decoherence errors in near-term devices (NISQ).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in quantum software development.
- Publish research findings in top-tier scientific journals and conferences.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with Python, C++, or Rust.
- Strong background in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or TensorFlow Quantum).
- Experience with quantum simulation and error correction techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
