What You'll Accomplish:

Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation
- Optimize quantum annealing solutions for logistics optimization
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-ML fusion frameworks
- Secure patents for novel quantum gate designs
- Mentor quantum engineering interns from UT Austin
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
