Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant systems
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum hardware-software co-design and quantum supremacy
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into practical industrial solutions
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grant proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical optimization frameworks
