The Role:
As a Senior React Developer, you will lead the frontend architecture, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver best-in-class software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable React applications using modern best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across devices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-fidelity code.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services, ensuring data security and reliability.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain code quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of React lifecycle, hooks, and state management (Redux, Context API).
- Proficiency in TypeScript and a strong grasp of type safety.
- Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Create React App.
- Strong understanding of CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion) or CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
