Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise scalability.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for The 2026 Initiative, anticipating regulatory shifts and emerging hardware capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical AI governance into core development cycles.
- Optimize neural network performance for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (3+ years of experience considered).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models handling billions of parameters.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
