Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the local business community.
- Conduct high-value product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide weekly performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to close deals consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Fresno metropolitan area.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
