Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues.
- Develop and execute high-level keyword strategies that align with user intent and business objectives.
- Lead a team of content strategists and link builders to build a high-authority backlink profile.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement schema markup, improve Core Web Vitals, and optimize site speed.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and proprietary tools to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates (e.g., Google Core Updates) and adapt strategies to maintain and improve search rankings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical SEO and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/CSR).
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
