Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct in-depth site audits to identify crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues. Implement schema markup and optimize site architecture for maximum crawlability.
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with copywriters and developers to ensure on-page elements are optimized for target keywords without compromising user experience or natural language flow.
- Link Building & Authority: Develop and execute a white-hat link building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks and increase domain authority.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO metrics (organic traffic, conversions, bounce rates) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to identify trends and opportunities.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies to uncover market gaps and aggressive growth tactics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to integrate SEO best practices into broader digital campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a demonstrable track record of improving organic search rankings for mid-to-large scale websites.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with technical tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Analysis: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot certifications are a plus.
