Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term SEO strategy designed to dominate search results by 2026, focusing on emerging trends like Generative AI and Local SEO.
- Technical Mastery: Lead complex technical SEO audits, ensuring website architecture, schema markup, and crawlability meet enterprise standards.
- Content Ecosystem Management: Collaborate with content teams to implement programmatic SEO strategies that scale authority without sacrificing quality.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics (GA4, BigQuery) to identify growth opportunities, monitor KPIs, and pivot strategies based on performance data.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of SEO specialists and junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic advisory role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering. Proficiency in Python or SQL is highly preferred.
- Analytics: Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
