Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end features for our core SaaS platform using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and backend) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous technical code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and drive technical innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and write clean, maintainable code.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first team environment.
