- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including quantum computing readiness and advanced AI agents.
- Mentor and develop a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance standards are met at the highest level.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and technical leadership.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and data strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
