Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to outline the strategic vision, technology stack evolution, and infrastructure scaling goals for the year 2026.
- Drive AI and Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to optimize operational efficiency and user experience.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable cloud architecture that supports future growth and market expansion.
- Foster a Culture of Innovation: Mentor engineering teams and promote a forward-thinking environment where experimentation and creative problem-solving are encouraged.

Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering or IT management, with a proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps.

- Cloud & Architecture: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
