Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will drive the full-cycle recruiting process for our Engineering and Product teams. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, identifying top talent and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social networking, and attending tech meetups.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and structure interview processes.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate data and track pipeline metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Provide regular feedback to the recruitment team to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter Specialist.
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, or DevOps).
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally for company events or team building.
