Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities to ensure readiness for the 2026 market cycle, focusing on AGI advancements and ethical AI frameworks.
- Lead the architecture design for scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, engineering, and legalâto integrate futuristic AI solutions into commercial products.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging paradigms such as neuromorphic computing and quantum-assisted machine learning.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field; Masterâs or PhD is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and strategy.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native AI infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
